Hi Reader ,

Jensen Huang, founder and CEO of Nvidia, recently sat down with the All-In crew. Everyone is trying to figure out the quiet rewrite of how we run companies.

Most founders are still onboarding agents like tools. The ones treating them like employees are pulling away. Here's what changed.

3 IDEAS FROM ME

I. A full operating system for human-to-agent collaboration. I coined the framework β€œISRAEL.”

Stop typing requests. The new H2A loop has five moves:

β†’ specify Intent
β†’ architect the System
β†’ organize the Recursive Agent team
β†’ define Eval (good vs. bad)
β†’ Iterate in Loop

Every engineer runs 100 agents. Your job is not to write code. It’s to write the spec the code writes itself from. Under-prescription is the craft β€” leave room for the agent to innovate inside your guardrails. Over-prescribe and you get a meat puppet. Under-spec and you get a rogue. The artistry sits between.

II. A2H runs through tools, not chat.

Agents don't report back in a chat window or a terminal. They write into the tools you already control: SQL, graph, your CRM, your ledger, your CMS. The tool is the A2H protocol. It's how you ground-truth, how you audit, how you take ownership.

To founders shipping agentic products: stop designing chat interfaces. Wire the output into the human's existing control surface. That's where trust compounds. That's where adoption happens.

Chat is a demo. Tools are a business.

III. Agents are employees. Govern them like employees.

Ted, one of my co-founders, calls this a Ninja Clan. The principle is older β€” old samurai house rules. Identity. Access controls. Audit trails. Same governance layer as humans, applied to agents.

Jensen's principle, my framing: an agent gets two of three β€” sensitive data access, code execution, external communication β€” never all three at once. Encode this before you scale to 10 agents per human.

HAAO β€” Human-Assisted Autonomous Organization β€” is not a metaphor. It's an org chart.

2 QUOTES FROM OTHERS:

I.
β€œYou have human agents and AI agents, and they basically govern the same way.”
- Jensen Huang, Founder & CEO at Nvidia

II.
"In the future, we’re going to write ideas, architectures, specifications.”
- Jensen Huang, Founder & CEO at Nvidia

1 ACTION FOR YOU:

Think of it as an β€œAgentic Hōjō Sōun’s 21 Articles” β€” a constitutional framework for Human Γ— AI collaboration.

If your company’s relationship with AI agents were governed like a disciplined samurai clan, what would its foundational rules and code of conduct look like?
